Nobody ever said life was free.

Okay, so a lotta things have happened/are happening. Dad retired last week. Mom is officially cancer-free. Funeral on Saturday, of course. School, blah blah blah.
My Biology teacher just upped his cool more the past few days. Yesterday he said he knew what MST3K was and today when we were taking a test he looks me right in the eye and says "You all have the choice to sink, swim, or go down with the ship. Use your freedom of choice." And I smiled real big. DEVO references make me verrrrryyyyy happy.
My friend Kelli and I nicknamed him T-Rex because he's tall and has atrocious teeth. He kinda walks like one, too. All slouchy. We also nicknamed him Oedipus because I was telling Kelli about Oedipus Rex and she's like, "Mr. Wilson!! T-Rex!!!"
We're so mean.
And I found proof of DEVO fangirls back in the '80s. I just watched a live performance of them and you could hear these girls screaming and it's the first time I've heard fangirls in their presence. Yay. I was getting worried. No fangirls back then AT ALL? Ha ha. Their fanbase is mostly male...
My English teacher liked my poster that I made that I was so scared he wasn't going to like. He called it "darling".Call it whatever you want, just give me an A. Mine was voted best in my group so I had to present it to the class and everyone liked the last line. "You look through your glasses and the rest of the world looks at them". But I didn't write it, Jihad Jerry did!
Oh well.
"Believe as you will but do not make others eat from your own plate."
