You guys are so kind. I guess I feel safe talking about something very personal to me. There is something healing in communication between kindred spirits. Even though I don't know where most of you live, I am still able to feel vulnerable. Yet, even less-then-kind things said here, though rare, are said in earnest and in love. There is something very special about you folks -- you litneters, the finest place on the Internet.

    I confess your avatar has taken on a newer and richer meaning to me-- I had naively figured you had watched Star Trek from the get go (as did I though to this day have not seen them all .)

    You are a special man and I still enjoy your stories. The favorite was the funeral home thus far.
