As Professor Kingsfield used to say: "The facts Mr. Hart, the FACTS." (Paper Chase, excellent movie and great TV series (STILL have never caught the graduation episode--DVDs anyone???) there's a slightly better chance The Aquanauts or Yancy Derringer will make it to DVD then my childhood will be complete and can move on--No not true --still want Ruff and Reddy cartoons. With Woody Woodpecker out now can Mighty Mouse FINALLY be far behind??

The expected meandering cutsie introduction is now completed.

My faithful readers know better. He's not done. He's fooling no one and finally went around the bend waiting for those coveted Logos PMs.

Fine--hopping to it.

Pills taken, walk taken and score Onyx 2, Carpal 2, Walker limping. He did his left, right swing me around or get cut in two with the lease. Short trip this time as Ruth arrived home from work as I was leaving. Darn I wanted to play missing husband who's not hiding out in his 'library' admiring his bookcase trying to decide which book to finish/start.

Previous Entry Corrections: Tow companies here do not charge $70 a day so the figure is $20 so not sure why I had that figure in mind.

Really messed up on Steven's plates--he was driving without insurance. I was probably obsessing from the previous evening's plates problem calls.

Julie couldn't leave Buffalo because she is babysitting her sisters kids (don't know why so her absence is justified.)

Wasn't Lyons NY it was Elmira he got caught in. Shorter distance. The specluation is that he missed an exit on the way to a 24 hour store for food/drinks(?).

Updates: Still in jail--no one wants to hand over a thousand. Including his wife who told my sister she only has $40 to her name. I do not for a minute believe that's a financial condition that wouldn't be cured by dear ol' dad or mom in short order. The trip back to Rochester would deplete her fuel in short order and she's unemployed also. Neither have been aggressive in that area since the company where they met let them go/fired --pick who you want to believe. Thankfully some questions my nephew never asks what I REALLY think on certain topics so a few landmines are missed.

One surprise--Steven's name is NOT on the title to the paperwork on the house they bought. This will not go well. I'm thinking of only one trick to stir up mischief--have Stephen sue for alimony because all the stars are falling into alignment. She's already starting to distance herself. On the one hand I don't blame her for abandoning a sinking ship. I do blame her for taking the only lifeboat.

Will get interesting.

Another topic. My friend Mary Ann (who has the real deal in cancer is not doing well. Admitted to hospital where they managed to bring some very serious jaundice down to a safer level and feed her a bit but an attempt at a shunt failed badly--her veins are shrunk where it wouldn't take.

The end is closer then I thought. And I feel empty.

But God is still good. And that will do for me. Mary Ann's life and friendship is a loan from God graciously given and mercifully to be remitted back to Him. To the Lord Christ be the glory.

Hey, keep up with your meds, good job! As for the walkies, it will pan out, I promise, Rich! (I silently smiled visualizing your little description there...) Regarding Steven and not being on the Title -- oh dear, this will indeed get messy. And I was very sorry to hear about Mary Ann, poor dear friend of yours. Life is truly a mystery and I won't go on some crazy cliche tangent. Just know that you are in my thoughts....Till next time, your fan, Kizzo

I can't tell you how sorry I am to hear about this latest trouble you're having. We could only hope for a brighter future, while attempting to remember a brighter past. My best hope, Rich, that things will improve with your nephew; my sorrow over your friend Mary Ann. Take Care, Mike
