Hiya all. I just popped in to say I’m off soon. I’m off to Jersey for the week with mum. I still need to get my hair cut. As soon as I’m done here I’ll go and get it done. I’m not sure why I’m blogging now. It’s not like you’ll miss a week, seeing as I haven’t blogged for a week or so. Everything’s been pretty dull and repetitive. There was one morning where dad’s work colleague called but I missed the call by a few seconds (It woke me up). He called later on and I’d stayed up because I couldn’t see the point in going to bed. It turned out that dad hadn’t turned up for work. He’s a builder, he’s usually there early between 7-8 I think. It was about 9ish when the first call woke me up and about 2-3 hours after when the second came. I called mum but then dad turned up at lunch time. He didn’t answer the question of where he’d been instead of work but I decided it didn’t really matter. Later on he said it was something to do with having left tools behind and then he just took the rest of the day of after visiting (He called them and told them though). Problem was he couldn’t call anyone because he’s lost his phone. He later said he found it, it’s been in someone’s car, though he never named that someone.
In other news I’ve finished reading mum’s Frankenstein book before her. It’s one of two but I doubt the second will be coming with us, though that could change. I’ve decided to start reading my own books again. I’ve got a whole pile of them. It’s a book I was reading about two years ago but stopped, not because it was bad but because I just stopped. Don’t know why.
And lastly, series one of Doctor Who is being repeated on BBC3. Seen just under half of them but I’ll be missing the rest. Hopefully though, assuming the BBC go in order I’ll be home in time for the first Christmas episode. We can hope.
