Not so bad

Not so bad as it started.
During ASDAN I had the good fortune of conversing with Jason and Sally (Though Sally had a headache so Jason provided most of the conversation that I did not).
What we discussed I can't entirely recall. Just this and that. I attempted to give Jason a few ideas for a comic strip he was trying to draw (as a hobby I believe, much the same as me, though his work is drawn more simply and actually is funny while mine reads like a boring story and looks like several poor artists have tried to draw each panel alternately )
After lunch I continued trying to continue a story I first started (mentally) after seeing the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen and creating my own character for it (I believe I mentioned some of this in a previous entry). I started writing the story out about twice before but didn't get passed a page. Eventually I attempted it in year 12 (I am now year 14) and continued it on and off from then. I have managed to get to chapter 5 in a notebook that (the cover says) has 44 sheets of paper and I am now roughly on page number 62 (I numbered the ones I'd written for ease). I am building to the part that I planned a while ago where the Werewolf King (as he prefers to be known) has succeeded in taking my heroine (Known as Bane the werewolf slayer, though slay isn't the appropriate word, more cure than slay) as his prisoner and demands that she has dinner with him to spare the life of a newly discovered ally named Silverstreak (So named because of the streak of silver along his back), a charming fellow who seems to think that being a rare breed of werewolf entitles him to flirt continually. The ultimate goal of the Werewolf King is to successfully conceive a full blooded werewolf. After many attempts with lesser breeds of werewolf he was set to give up when he had one last idea. Because his is a partially mutated string of werewolf DNA (Due to ingesting a special herb shortly after being bitten) he concludes that he is just not compatible with the other breeds (Yes, I split them into breeds to make it more interesting and to incorporate various ideas of werewolves together). He realizes that there is only one female with the same mutation as him and that is Bane. So he sets out to try and seduce her (with the exposure of Silverstrealk's betrayal of him therefore causing his untimely death) as leverage in necessary, though he hopes to seduce her through his own charms first. The plan is that his seduction skills, combined with the leverage of Silverstreak will cause Bane to submit to him before being rescued by her friends. By then it is too late and some months later a son is born to her. As if this wasn't bad enough Bane and her friends also have to prevent a world wide war between vampires and werewolves (And no this will not be like the film Underworld, if that's what you're thinking. The fact that vampires and werewolves shall go to war unless stopped is the only similarity). The reason for the war being that there has never been a leader of werewolves and vampires to exist at the same time. Once a person is bitten by one species, even after being cured, they cannot be bitten by the other. With one established leader (the Werewolf King) already in existence and his plans to fulfill a promise made long before, by releasing a vampire (Dracula, though I may rethink that as Dracula has been rather overdone) there will undoubtedly be a clash between the two species, with Bane's son leading a failing rebellion against both forces, due to the death of his mother by that time (This being unknown to Bane herself at the time that the consequences of the war are made clear to her by Drac recalling his disturbing dreams). The general plan is that they will manage to stop the war before it ever starts be eradicating Dracula (Or what ever vampire replaces him in the title role as head vampire) before he has a chance to spread his vampire plague.
Not the most original of plots and it is currently very poorly written but, should I improve it later on, I've no doubt that someone out there will like it .
While trying to write out chapter five I also helped Jason with a few money making ideas for his character in his little comic strip. Out of boredom we eventually began telling funny and/or unusual stories, such as Jason telling me how he fell down the stairs twice (Once at 4ish and once at 7 ish) to which I recalled my falling down the stairs tale (Though the parts I remembered I couldn't be sure if they were real of a dream as I had trouble distinguishing between the two at that age). Jason also told me how he slid down the stairs on a breakfast tray and landed in a pile of carefully placed beanbags and of how he claimed that someone had told him that he once ate a tabloid newspaper and 20 cigarettes (From a brand now banned in the UK because of it's high tobacco content) at the age of around 18 months, I believe.

The bus home was a nightmare. I waited about 15-30 minutes for it to come. It stopped at the next stop for a full 15-20 minutes before stopping halfway between that stop and the next. The bus was also full of school children who rushed to the side to see a fight that was supposedly going on and to see what was taking so long.
After that I had to pick up some water in Tesco's and overestimated how much I had to spend by just over a pound (as I only had a fiver that mum gave me in the morning for the purpose of drink buying and a few pennies that would have perhaps, only just, mounted up the a grand total of 60pence) But then again, I did insist on getting a little carrot and orange cake for mum's birthday on Saturday (Just like last year). I stashed it somewhere she'd never look, even by accident, our over stocked with moldy old cereal(as we don't eat it anymore) cupboard .

So, that was another thrilling day in my life.

Bluebiird out.
