As some of you may know, I have been having some family 'problems'. Well, after producing some pieces out of anger and a long rant to a very kind ear, I'm feeling better. I have also talked/yelled/cried (whatever you want to call it) with my mother and she said that she had no idea that I felt that way. She also told me she would talk with my father...but now I am rather anxious...my dad and I, well, we don't DO emotional at the same time. Its weird...I feel weird, he feels weird...its just weird. But whatever...what happens, happens.

ON a lighter note...I woke up at 4:30am after just 2 1/2 hrs of sleep to take my friend to the airport. That pretty much sucked. I LOVE to sleep, so I have been ridiculously tired all day...despite the best cappuchino in the world!! Props to The Red Cup. Also, I've decided to see if they would let me hang some of my drawings up in their cafe!!! Its really artsy/hippie/weird kind of hangout. Some of the conversations I heard while hanging out there were rather hilarious. I sat outside on the porch with a bunch of old men and a couple of younger ones, just listening to their conversations. It started out with Cat's Cradle by Vonnegut, which led to other books, which led to colleges, which led to stupid kids, which led to movies and young actresses that they can't tell apart (then they said something rather crude and disgusting that I glared at one of them...gross.) then...well actually I don't remember anymore...

After that, my friends and I hit another cafe where I had a yummy Gelato with Cafe Americano...the gelato was delicious, the coffee...eh.

Today, however, after dropping my friend off at the airport I slept. Slept until 2 in the afternoon. Then hit the red cup(sorry, the whole conversation thing was yesterday)...followed by a raid at the local hobby store for new paint brushes and a canvas and of course paints!!! YAY!!! I'm pretty excited. Now I am here...
