buddhist ontology

I know some of you may hate philosophy, and I can understand that, but bear with me. I'd like to share this article about Buddhist ontology, it's pretty amazing I thought. It explains Buddhist ontology and reality, a different way of understanding the world from what we have understood before. Instead of a division between self and other, we are part of the world, and our actions directly affect it, and have meaning.

The Range of Buddhist Ontology, by Kenneth K. Inada.

Since the future cannot be changed, and the past has yet to come, the only time it makes any sense to spend effort on is the present, or the now. This is another article that describes a different way of viewing the world. It is the Joyous Cosmology, by Alan Watts.

Thanks for coming, and if you want to discuss ontology, or anything else feel free to leave a comment..or if you have some article you wish to share with me, that'd be nice. :) Thanks.

laugh!! well, it's cool you are posting on my blog! It was nice to find 6!!! new messages! :) And if you didn't notice, the other link doesn't work anymore :( I think there's a government agency working against Alan Watts...deleting all the articles online they can find.

I was afraid I sounded like a stalker...phew, thank god...I didn't check out the second link though. I can't believe the audacity some "organizations" have to do this sort of injustice to anyone. It makes me angry.

no!! not at all!! And about Alan Watts...I have no reason to believe there's an organization doing that, I have just seen his stuff disappear and it seemed conspicuous... oh, and he's dead now, anyway, but...I wouldn't put it past the government here to do that.
