Sci Fi Story

I've decided that I deserve a break and I'm gonna go to Hawaii for a short period of rest and relaxation in March or April. All these months without sun have got me itching to feel the sand between my toes.

Unfortunately, I haven't got many ideas on what I want to do. A co-worker says I should go to Mauii to spend some time. Less people and all that. The only things I really want to do is...

Go to the summit of Haleakala - hang out in a volcanic crater.
Bike along the coast
Kayak along some of the coast...take some pictures of waterfalls.
Chill out on the beach

Anyone been to Maui and have some suggestions for activities. I'm a little on the more adventurous, so I don't need to know the best shopping districts. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
