Oldbats and whisky

Ah. What a lovely morning (Heavy on the sarcasm).
I was woken this morning by an awful noise (Most likely a fox screaming). The fact that it was able to enter the dream I was having (Which I can't remember now) and wake me up was kind of eerie. But that's what can happen when your room has a view of the garden and about 5 others(despite the double glazing).
But that wasn't all. Today I met with the delightful Ms Oldbat (You can practically see the sarcasm oozing out of that comment).
Thankfully I was spared a lecture because there was assembly. But when I got passed the reception doors, assembly was over.
Jason Keller was in this week (He wasn't last week). He told Sally and I that he'd had a hangover all week (after visiting some friends in Scotland) and that he still had it. Eventually it seemed to ware off as the day went on. Also, Sally was complaining that she thought she had the flu because she didn't feel well and her hip ached (Though Jason and I put it down to her not ingesting her usual 10 or more cups of coffee a day) which explained her crankiness. We spent most of our ASDAN lesson talking about what the school had been like before it was demolished and rebuilt, particularly old teachers we hated.
I felt exceptionally bored during my last two (free) lessons. I didn't felt like writing or drawing at all. It was just Jason and I in the common room. I noticed Jason had swallowed some of the contents of a hip flask and didn't want our year leader to see. He claimed it was full of whisky and, knowing him, I didn't doubt that. But surely he wouldn't be stupid enough to smuggle alcohol onto the school premises. I pointed out that he'd said he had a hangover earlier, to which he replied that yes, that was earlier, it was gone now. I asked why he'd brought it with him and he said in case he got thirsty. Oh well. It's none of my concern. I wrote a little more to a story I've been trying to write in the study room (I was going to try and read in the library but I saw the study room was free).
Well, that's all for today.
Bluebiird out.
