Another she elf.

Been foggy since last night. For safety we decided not to go shopping today. We have enough food for 2 days dinner and such so it's not like we'll starve if we don't drive to the shops for a day or two.

I'm getting that niggling urge to write something, besides a blog, but I'm lacking an idea to write. So I'm letting this little desire build up to see where it goes. If I write something, that isn't a blog, then great. If not then I haven't rushed in with a half baked idea and gotten depressed for not finishing it.

Think I need to force myself to do some cards. Don't really want to. Not sure why. I wonder if I'm just a bit bored with the card hobby now. That does happen with me a lot. Eh. We'll see how it goes.

Napoleon called yesterday to ask mum what I wanted for Christmas. But I answered so he asked me what she wanted. I don't really have any ideas besides the usual. He called back about an hour later to speak to her but I answered again. I told him she was upstairs. That was a lie. She was right next to me but he called during the Mentalist and we wanted to see how it ended. She didn't want to answer anyway because I can't think of anything to ask for and she didn't want to have to say she doesn't know. I got her to call him back after the show though, just to be polite.

When I picked up the first time he said what are you doing answering the house phone. I replied because it rang. If he wants to speak to me specifically he'll ring my mobile. The second time I answered he thought we were somehow conspiring against him. Well. We were but I didn't tell him that .

Yui's got the runs again. Either she's picked up a bug or it is the pills. Or maybe the cheese we keep feeding the pills to her with. I'm told cheese isn't actually good for dogs but she loves it a lot so she doesn't notice the pill.
