day in a life

Today is my first exam, in Spanish Literature. Aaaannd my son has been sick all week. I was pretty confident about this exam but not having hardly any time to go over my notes is making me nervous. My mom took today off and she took him 30 minuets ago or so, so I could read over my notes and then go to school to take the exam. This is a very typical thing to happen just before exams right? Oh well I am not very smart though, cause I am writing this instead of reading... I just have been inside my house since Sunday and watched almost every superhero movie made cause he would call for me the minuet I tried to go into the kitchen and study a bit.

I am not complaining, this is not a difficult exam. I have taken three other courses with this teacher and I know what she wants from me. Also it's just about the novels I and I read them all and know them well, I think. My next exam is more challenging, it's in Horror studies. Besides The Shining, Jekyll and Hyde, 5 short stories and The turn of the screw I have about 900 pages of articles theories and all sorts of stuff some scholars wrote. Everything we read this semester and 15 movies. I am kinda freaked out by the amount of stuff to go over and be ready for.

But in one week this will all be over and I can start reading the stack of books I have already put on my nightstand. I always do this, I find so many books I want to read then I can only read half of them.

I finished two of my three essays last weekend and I have one to finish for horror studies and I think it's good to write it while I am going over everything for the exam... it might stick in my head.

Well I am gonna get to my books now for a couple of hours before the exam starts.
