How busy life has been and will continue to be for the next 2 months or so. I finished my first draft for my BA, my teacher wants it next week so my brother is reading over it now. He says I have Yoda syndrome, when I write I tend to turn words around so they only make sense in a Yoda voice. Teacher like that not.

I have 3 more essays to write this month before exams start. One about The Phantom Carriage and I am going to compare it to other figures who take souls like Charon. Then I am thinking about writing one about Róman in the novel Nada, he is a fascinating man. I think my third essay will be about Orlando by Woolf and the male and feminine descriptions used.

So much to do and yet I am watching the last season of the Office in my spare time, and at other times.

My brother just made a CD and will have a concert next week, I am kinda excited about it there will be a few people there I never see. I did tell my friend about it but I am kinda hoping she will forget because I can't handle her something.... I don't really know how to describe her she high fives, she makes fun of people and I don't know she is just the kind of person I like at school but don't want too much time with, does that sound bad? I like her I just don't want to meet people from my brothers circle with her.

I don't know what I am saying, I am over worked after this weekend, I haven't been outside since friday. My class today was cancelled so I am just going crazy.

well better get my boy some dinner, he came from his dad today

    Oh, you are funny. You sound a little like this: You have s-o-o-o much going on, I can actually hear it in your "voice." You usually sound calm, no matter what.

    I think the yoda voice thing comes from trying to sound formal; maybe just talk to yourself () as you write. Writing simply does not necessarily mean ineffective or dull writing. It can be clear and direct and effective, too.

    Well when exams are over I have a short break for Christmas and then it's just back to work.

    I think you are right Qimi, I think my Yoda voice comes when I am trying to be formal. I see it when I read out loud.
