I am quite happy. I've done all my shopping now. I got almost everything I wanted. The only thing I couldn't get was a Christmas jumper for me but I don't mind that. I got a heavy black and white jumper with reindeer antlers on. It's quite bulky but I asked mum about what kind she preferred before we went. She told me that the thinner jumpers I got her for work were okay for work but too thin for home at the moment. I'm pretty confident this jumper should go down well. When we got home I tried it on for fun. I felt like a child playing dress up. It's far too big for me but if she doesn't want it I'll certainly have it. It is very warm and very snuggly. I'm pretty sure she'll like it though.

It was a little expensive and I wasn't sure I'd have enough to get both of us jumpers. Fortunately they didn't have one in my size so it worked out fine. I also got her some new gloves (she mentioned that she needed a new pair).

I got us a little box of trivia for the dinner table and some cookie cutters for making Christmas cookies.

I was super pleased with it all. I had just enough for it all.

Mum was not so pleased. We split up to shop individually and she was getting tired and grumpy. I finished my shopping first then helped her with some of hers.

I've made 16 cards now. Only 2 left to go. I made one with glitter last night and now there's glitter everywhere. It's quite annoying but kind of fun too.

I didn't make the fourth tissue ball thing but I made another 3 out of silver paper. Now it's complete. I put up the holly gel things over the door. Hopefully they won't fall down. If they do the dog's going to eat them.

We don't exactly have any other decorations up yet and we've only received 2 Christmas cards. While mum's at the funeral tomorrow I hope to do some decorating to surprise her.

Today I got a Christmas pudding that didn't look like a melted strawberry and Yuki got a red twisty bone.
