And on the 7th Day...

I got a present. Yay. So far all of the chocolates have been round which was getting a little boring but today it was square. Hooray.
To shake things up a bit more the dog got a red and white twisty bone.
Now. I'm very behind in my Christmas plans. Tomorrow is the all important day I've been waiting for for about a month or so. Mum's going out with her friends. It's finally time to make my move. I've been withdrawing small amounts every week so that I should have enough money to sort it all out in one fell swoop. (What a great phrase. I just looked it up to make sure I'm spelling it right.)
I want to clean the window and put up the decorations for when she gets back.
You see. A few tears ago she brought home these colourful jelly things that out stick on the windows. So every year we put the holly leaves on the door and it's always looked festive (snowflakes, stars and Christmas trees on the windows). But last year (our first Christmas with the dog) she jumped up at the door and pulled off one of the leaves. We tried to get it away but she had such a grip and then she ate it.Yes. You read it right. She ate it. They're non toxic, or so the packaging tells us, but they don't taste nice. Apparently they do to a dog.
So that year we didn't have the holly up and I was very unhappy with it. This year I want to put them on the window above the door. I think that'll look very festive. I would've done it last year but I was being stubborn.
I'll leave it here for now. Don't want to write a super long blog again.
Bluebiird out.
Oh. Yesterday I made lemon chicken. No recipe I was just winging it. It was okay but sooooo sooooooo lemony.
