Blindness by José Saramago Handling the Undead by John Ajvide Lindqvist The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo by Stieg Larsson In The Sanctuary of Outcasts by Neil White
I've heard of the last three (word of mouth, and recommended), but not the first - which I'll do a search on. Apparently there's a movie based on the third that seemed to garner good reviews, I'll also look into that I think. I hope you enjoy them Dark Muse
I kept hearing things about the Dragon Girl and the author passing away perhaps leaving some unfinished sequels until I broke down and did a Wiki search--have decided the sexual side of the book is more then I care to deal with and I have enough mental ladies in my past that haunt me enough without letting THIS character in my head. It sounded like a good suspense thriller but I'll stick with my tried and true--Adam Hall, John D. MacDonald, Donald Hamiliton etc.

The first book, Blindness was also a movie as well, and though there were many issues I had with the movie, it made me want to read the book because it seemed like an interesting concept, and it is dystopia which is a favorite of mine, as well I am hoping the book will provide a lot of the things which I found the movie was missing and explain aspects of the movie that seemed not to make sense.
I loved Blindness, so much so I afraid to read it again for fear of being let down. Weird, right?
