Where to begin?
Homage to the Buddhas,
Past and present.
Homage to Milarepa,
to Bhaisajyaguru,
to Shakyamuni Buddha
and to Amitabha Buddha,
Buddha of Infinite Light.
Peace to all beings everywhere,
Success to innumerable Bodhisattvas,
And all beings on Buddha's Path.

Lord Buddha, boundless is your compassion,
Beginningless and endless,
Not affected by any phenomena,
Beyond merest trace of illusion,
Even beyond cause and effect.
Boundless is your wisdom,
Perfect and complete in every respect.
Boundless your bliss,
And boundless the peace surrounding you,
Spread out from you,
Boundless and infinite are the lands which you possess.

Beloved Amitabha,
Perfectly holy and true are your utterances,
Which enlighten the minds of infinite beings,
And echo and remain for infinite kalpas,
And destroy the illusion of limitless minds.

Where to begin? at the breath,
Bridge between body and mind,
The breath, present,
Not different from Buddha-body, and Buddha-mind,
The source, the home, the present.
Amitabha,
This world is illusion,
Upheld by the Mind.
When the mind is transformed,
The world is transformed.

Shakyamuni Buddha,
You spoke to me,
Saying, "Fear nothing, for reality is peace infinite."
And I knew the Heart of Wisdom,
As clearly as my own hand.
Infinitely precious are the Dharma, the Buddha, and the Sangha,
And the strength of peace is unmatched.

Stop thoughts at the root,
See the world clearly,
Fear nothing, for all is light.
Have faith in oneself,
And seek the True-nature,
And success is but an instant away.
Boundless and infinite is the peace,
Bliss, and knowledge of Buddha-nature.
Pure, and real, and creative, and free
Is the source of all living beings.

Beloved Amitabha,
Your devotees preach faith, shraddha,
One day it will be said,
You enligthened the world.
