68 or so possible outcomes

I wonder if I'm strange. If the way I see the world is somehow different to others. Ah well. I wasn't going to do this. There's enough stories and opinions and accounts of what's been happening over here lately and I didn't want to add to them at all. I was just going to assure everyone of my safety and be done with it but I might as well put this out there too.
I can't say much about the riots themselves, having not experienced them first hand, nor the fires, the looting, the fear, the feeling of insecurity. I'm not justified to give any opinions on the criminals nor the police. As far as I know I have lost nothing in these events so I can't compare with someone who has lost their home and/or entire livelihood. And I have not seen any of the destruction first hand or spoken to anyone who has. I have taken part in no rioting, arson or looting. These are just some of the reasons for why I didn't want to say any more about it. But I'm a suspicious person. I've learnt to be suspicious of good things and bad things. I'm not exactly a mad conspiracy theorist, I see the logic behind some conspiracy theories but I also see a simple explanation to everything as well. I try to see so many sides of something that I don't know what to think anymore.
The way everything spread from that single incident. I suppose it's a good example of that butterfly effect. Clearly the riots have absolutely nothing to do with the shooting. All accounts show that the rioting started after the peaceful protest and do not seem directly linked. Statements have said that various neighbourhood gangs came out but instead of fighting each other (as they would normally) they joined forces and went for the police. Mainly these rioters seem to be youths. Youths taking advantage. Using social networking and such to meet up with others all to attack the police, and anything else in their path. After the rioters come the looters, casually wandering around as if it's the weekly shop at tesco.
The way things rippled out from that one event are quite staggering. Clearly the shooting was just an excuse. I think any such incident would have set this off. But I just can't help wondering if this was all orchestrated by some malevolent puppet master. Perfect isn't it? Keep the authorities, the media, the public focused on this one thing while someone else commits a far more sinister crime behind everyone's backs. The 999 call centre was stretched to breaking point with about four times the number of calls they would normally receive. Shop owners looted and the police unable to help them.
I think these riots spread out the way they did because of opportunists stirring trouble in the local areas, I call them the outside instigators.
Assuming there is a puppet master what was their aim? To smuggle, steal, leak, assassinate? Maybe they don't want anything now, maybe they want what happens next. Maybe they want to create a society reminiscent of the great dystopian novels. We're at a turning point here and things could go either way. Do the police enforce new protocols, leave things as they are or admit defeat and move over? If they give up then what next? Will a stronger force emerge or will we descend into full anarchy? If they toughen up how tough will they get? It mainly seems to be youths at work here so they will be the most severely penalised. A curfew for all those under 30 or so? Will they be hounded, persecuted more by the police? will tensions rise until they can't stand it anymore and snap? Will we end up like Battle Royale, get our young to kill each other off for entertainment? Who's to blame? The parents? The teachers? Society? The government? Will we impose regulations on parents? Will we put more pressure on teachers? Will we elect a new party with a new regime? with all this pressure will some things crack? It all comes down to money. Poorer areas will have worse schools and need greater reform to meet up with the rising standards. What if they can't get it? Will they close down? How will that help? Angry, uneducated children rebelling. Will there be a great class divide? Will our country be able to take it? Who's to blame? If it's none of the above then it must be immigrants. How to solve this? Send the immigrants back where they came from? What about their children, those who have lived in this country for 2-3-5 generations or so? Do they go too? What about skilled jobs? Do we kick out 75 doctors and their families because they're not British? (75 is just a random number as an example, I wouldn't dare try to calculate the actual number). What about the teachers, do we kick those out too? If we do then what about our schools? How will it be policed? Where do we keep them until their nationality is confirmed? How do we confirm their nationality? What if we're sending them back to a war torn country? What if the countries we're sending them back to are insulted by this? What if they stop trading with us? Exactly how many of our essentials are made, grown, imported from other countries? What if it starts another world war? At least it'll lower the population. Will we be blown off the fact of the earth? Will other countries be blown off the face of the earth? How will it affect the rest of the earth? What habitats will be destroyed? What creatures will become extinct? What if nuclear weapons are used? What will the fallout be? Will humanity survive? If so what will be the effects on humanity? What will be the effects on the earth? What will the effects on the rest of the animals be? What if humanity wipe themselves out? Will all life be wiped out along with it? Will something survive? If so then what? What, if anything, will rise to take the place of man in this broken world, only to start the cycle again? Or will the next species make a better job of it than we did? Will we be remembered at all? Is any of this what the puppet master wanted? Or was there no puppet master at all?
Ah my brain hurts.
Bluebiird out.
