This is my last week off from work, I start working friday night and will work all weekend and have 4 days off again then life gets back to normal at least for 3 weeks before school starts. My son is starting his last year in kinder garden and is very excited, he is getting so big!

for the first time in my life I am reading a self help book, called 'the mastery of love' my brother is a bit on the spiritual side of things and he thinks this guy Don Miguel Ruiz is good, he has read a few more books by him and he told me to read this one so I'm gonna try. not that I need any help or anything like that I am very happy alone, maybe that is why he thinks I need it....

Here on the ice you only get your drivers licence for 3 years and then you have to take a class to get it again and now it has been 3 years since I got mine so I have to meet my driving instructor now, I haven't had a car for a year now so I am really nervous.

well I am gonna enjoy my last days of freedom

So interesting that they make you take another class, and not a bad idea, either.

You have to take a class and test every three years? Or is that just after the first three years? If it's every three years that seems excessive to me. I do think old people (no disrespect meant to the elderly ) should get test every couple of years.

after the first three years. but the elderly need to get a physical every year or every two years I think

I think that's a great idea. So many people here get sloppy and develop bad habits and simply lazy habits that are very dangerous.

Yeah, I agree, both are good ideas, though I imagine after three years everyone should be able to pass the test. The elderly definitely need to get checked.
