my new favorite is John Grant, his lyrics seem odd at first glance but when you take a closer look and listen you can find so much more than quotes to movies. a few af of his lyrics cut deep, 'It's easier' got me thinking and I find it describes my life a few years back very well. I used to drop friends like trash if I thought they might hurt me, that is one of the reasons why I have only one friend today, even though I did 'dump' her once, she just came back. the lyric goes a bit like this: it's easier for me to believe that you are lying to me when you say you love me and when you say you need me. and it's easier for me to walk away and get on with my life if I believe that your deceiving me if I believe that you'll be leaving me one day.

It's odd how you can always find someone who is going through the same thing and also a comfort even though it is not a nice one but you can always find someone who has it a lot worse than you. I am trying to be positive and not let things annoy me and I feel so great these days, I feel it working. Of course I have bad moments but in general it is going great.

my son just started football for a local team and my brother is training him, it is a lot of fun, it's just an hour twice a week but I did find a good thing for me, it gives me two hours a week when I don't have to do anything but read! the parents sit and watch or read or something so it will be great, I don't spend a lot of time reading these days and this might get me going a bit.
