The Journey

Rate this Entry
The song is lost, the song is lost and done.
The song is lost, a new song treds what road?
I looked, the words to journey by are gone,
the song is sung, the song is sung and done.

Without walking on, the song is lost, the song is sung.

The song is lost, a new song treds what road?

Hey Silas! I really like this, it has a kind of Strand-ian twisted logic to it. Wicked wordplay. I'd be inclined to lose the 'Yet' from your penultimate line making it: "Without walking on, the song is lost, the song is sung" and I'm not sure you need the first comma after 'on', but then my grasp of punctuation is totally rubbish so it's probably fine

    Cool poem.
