I question how stucturally sound this is, but the way I originally staked them was not proving to be very effective anyway. So I thought I would try to get creativie with it.

P.S As it turns out the whole thing ended up collapsing while I was still downloading the photo on my computer.

Nice building -- all titles visible (mostly) a few individual text are more precarious to remove than others (I always love it when I get a chance to describe books as some kind of dangerous), thicker volumes mostly forming the base for the others.

Looks like something an engineer would do.

Let me advise you that the bottom row with the books standing upright might be a problem structurally. If they get a side load and the book ends don't cantain the lateral force, then they will tip and the whole pile will come down.

Might be wiser if all the books were on their sides.

Haha the scarry thing is, that those are only the books that don't fit on the 3 book shelves I have, or the stack I have in the closet.

Currently the pile of books is now scattered acorss my bedroom floor, so I am going to have to do something about that. I don't have enough room to have them all standing up right.
