Today is the day the Christmas decs. go up. Should have been the first, but that doesn't matter, they stay up for longer afterwards . I must say, I never hear mum swear so much unless we're really late for school.

And now, the day's events.
Late as usual.
Lessons were dull. Saw some of the film version of 1984 (There are so many things wrong with it and so many things missed out that I wouldn't know where to begin. I plan on trying to do animated versions of classic books, shown just as they're written; so 1984 would have an omniscient narrator. I dream of it, one day.)
Anyway, had an 'ASDAN CoPE! "exam". Don't ask me what it stands for, because I don't have a clue. They say it's worth 70 UCAS points but they said that last year and no Uni, accepted it. It wasn't even an exam. It was more like enforced lesson time with a tile limit.

I heard some very delicious gossip at lunch. I know why the common room was open on Monday (It's normally locked during lesson time). Some one hid under the chairs when our year leader locked the door and then opened it fron inside when he was gone (Because we can lock and unlock it at will from inside) and our year leader either didn't realize or didn't care.

Got my oyster card topped up for another week and then started helping mum with the decs when I got back. Her shoes have gone all squeaky from spending too long on the ladder . She's lost about 3-4 pins on the floor somewhere too, so we'll have to be careful now.
Also, someone keeps trying to fax us. Either they've dialed the number wrong or someone has given them a fake fax address. Either way it doesn't matter because we don't have a fax machine .

Well, I have stuff to be doing now, helping and so on.
But before I go, today's chocolate was a cute little.... Thingy. I think it's a little lamb with a bell, or it could be wearing a scarf. It’s a quadruped of some kind at least, and it's very cute.
