I thought I'd write a quick update while watching New Moon with my roommies.

Truthfully, New Moon's kind of pathetic so far. Bella ruins it. If only she had more backbone...more color...more SPICE, goodness gracious! I don't know; it seems like Twilight brings out the feminist (that I didn't know I had) in me.

Sooo, an update

Spring break is coming to an end, and one of my roommates and I have been apartment- and cat-sitting for one of the literature professors at college while she's off to Texas for vacation. It's been really nice (although, of course, I didn't get as much done as I wanted to. I'm kind of scrabbling to get a paper done before it's due on Tuesday.) and relaxing, although the plain truth is I'm tired.

I really hate this feeling. I love school and life and this is what I want to do the rest of my life, but a month away from the end of the year I'm tired and kind of apathetic, especially when it comes to being sociable. It's terrible, really,
I'm such a nerd!! But I'm tired enough that once I'm done with schoolwork for the day I'm pretty much done. I need break.

Thankfully we're almost there. I have, let me see, like 3 and a half papers, a speech, and finals and then leave for home May 13.

My 19th birthday is on the 29th! I got a card signed by the kids in my church for me.

Oh and I got an A- on a Spinney test!! I still kind of feel like this:

Wahaha. My brain's fried. I'll blog when I'm back home. Have a great week!!

    Poor Andy, you sound tired. Rest up. The home stretch of the semesters are usually the hardest. And three and a half papers (half a paper? ) will take a bit out of you. Hope you're over your illness. If the weather was anything like it was here for you (and i bet it was) you probably had a great week to have off. Best to you.

    Oh, and happy birthday. You're birthday is nearly the same as Pussnboots'.

    I am so slow--I sort of remembered your birthday was near but wasn't quite up to speed on it. Take care, rest up and enjoy the cats. Happy early birthday just in case I forget. I hope not--your Mom expects better of me.

    Sounds like college, and I'm sure you're doing a great job :) The end of the year was always a welcome sight, but then since I went for 4 years straight, Summer too, I always sort of missed out on it.

    It does seem like a tiring and busy schedule but in a month's time, it will be over and you can enjoy a long summer break

    Virg: yes. half a paper. That's the paper I've already started writing. Now just to write out another 2 1/2 pages, edit it, footnote it, and write a title page... It's for my theology class, no less.
