Well I'm like your Mum, I can't drink in the afternoon. Bit of a lightweight where alcohol is concerned. Two glasses of wine and I've had enough.

What exactly is hooch? Sounds like what you might be saying to the toilet if you drink too much of it!

Have to love Moonshine :lol: I had some honey shine a few months ago that was great for just sipping. I'll admit it was in the afternoon as well, and um... yeah... at work :blush: My employment is an interesting place:D

Juniper- as long as getting up at 6 isn't a requirement, I'm game too!

Fifth- My ma can smell a bottle of wine and be out cold. I have no idea where I got my tolerance, but it wasn't from her! Two glasses of wine for her and she'd be on saline. Hooch is just another name for moonshine. It is legit 'shine, except the company got their distilling license so it's legal!

Meg- At work? Cool beans! I wanna work where you work! Honey shine is amazing. I made some a few months ago and put a bit of honey in it and wanted to do a little more than sip it.

Had half a beer this afternoon after we finished the taxes and I was on my arse. Baby had to wait 3 hours until he could get back to his favorite spot. Was excellent and waited, so that was a relief!

80 proof- you really could blow fire with this stuff. Like Qimi said- bring it on, baby!!!

Oh I had some moonshine down in West Virginia, probably the home of moonshine. Good stuff, but i wouldn't drink more than a shot or two.

Niamh- Can't say I've ever heard of Potchin. Time to do a little research. I hope it's not lethal. I might be tempted to try it!

Jersea- I can't think of a time more necessary than during tax season.
ps- yes, it does burn quite well! Found that out on accident.

Virgil- Anything from the south is going to be quality! I haven't been fortunate enough to taste anything further east than Texas, but in my opinion it's all good stuff! Agreed about the one-to two shots. Strange things happen with more than that.
