On a more serious note, I find this to be dangerous and psychologically demeaning towards young teenagers discovering their own sexuality. So much for "love thy neighbor". Besides, am I the only one who finds "God hates fags" to be a bit ironic?

And you know what's really sick? The website condemns homosexuality as a "long, lonely, desolate road" and in the ex-gay pastor's words "I've been there, friends. I know how horrible and rough that road can be. I have been called a "Faggot"." Hmm, I wonder why that is :rollseyes:

    While I think everybody is entitled to their own beliefs, when they start affecting others, it's not okay. This sounds like the same camp of Christians that send their kids off to 'Gay Camp' to reform their homosexual ways. *shudders*. Reading this site actually makes me feel sick.

    Becca, how can this upset you? It is absolutely hilarious!!

    I mean, it is incredibly offensive, but you've got to laugh at how ridiculous the majority is. You've got to see the humour in the fact that someone is so discontented so as to make promotional anti-gay camp tee-shirts.

    It is wrong in that many ways, but -sings- always look on the bright side of life. I guess I just can't take it seriously, but you've got to admit, it is sort of a joke.

    Well I agree with BeccaT, one the surface it is funny, but deep down, it is very sad. Makes me think of an episode of South Park in which Butters is sent of to a "gay camp" and finds that most of the kids there have commited suicide out of shame.

    It is sick.

    That is really just a bit sick. I'll never understand that level of intolerance. While I'm not really shocked, things like this have been around for a long time and they're easily perpetuated by the internet, I still just find it to be disgusting. I'm constantly bothered by the idea that homosexuality is a "disease", something that can be cured.
