I had to read this book as a freshman for summer homework. I found the book difficult to read at times however i enjoyed the outline of the book; the revenge, despair, the secrets... The extreme mix of emotions truly keeps the book from dying out. There were many points throughout the novel that had me puzzled, however all of my questions were answered in the end. The book is excellent for anyone that is bored easily with todays everyday mysteries and puzzlers.
