I finished this book yesterday and I really loved it. I laughed, I cried (Buckingham!!) and above all I truly enjoyed it. Athos, Porthos and Aramis are amazing! Anyone who's seen the move- don't even try to compare it to the book because you can't even begin to understand how much better the book is. I saw the movie a while ago, in fact I've seen more than one movie regarding the Three Musketeers, and it didn't leave a lasting impression on me like the book did. By the end of the book, I was so sure that Milady was a demon from hell that I would of been appalled if she didn't die. Also, in the movie, the Cardinal is a complete villain, but in the book I really liked him. From his P.O.V. everything he did was justified. Plus, he didn't send d'Artagnan to the Bastille, which would have practically killed me. Well, thanks for listening to me rant. :)
Katy
16
Canada
