how can you think this book is about devotion and rightness. i mean here's Athos who hangs his wife from a tree naked because he foud out she committed some time of possibly menial crime. then of course theres d'Artagnan who is going aroud screwing everything with legs and at the same time claiming undying devotion to constance. this book is actually about hypocrisy and male machismo
