There is a novel that Dumas wrote called "Twenty Years After" that follows the musketeers. Very amusing.

There is also a follow-up to the follow-up book, it is the viscount DiBragelogne (Spelling may be a bit wrong, it is 20 or so years since I read this book) It is also excellent.
Dumas wrote a "Three Musketeers" trilogy. After the original book entitled "The Three Musketeers", he wrote a novel entitled "Twenty Years After". This novel follows the continuing adventures of the now Four Musketeers but, as the title imples, it takes place 20 years after the end of the first novel. The third novel in the trilogy is one of the most famous stories of all time, "The Man in the Iron Mask".

I - The Three Musketeers
II - Twenty Years After
III - The Man in the Iron Mask

By the way, I ordered all three books through Easton Press. Great stories and great looking books too.

What happens to the four musketeers, D'Artagnan, Athos, Aramis, Porthos after "The Three Musketeers"?

The whole series of Musketeer books by Dumas is called the D'Artagnan Romances. After the Three Musketeers, there's Twenty Years After, then the Vicomte de Bragelonne, then Louise de la Valliere, then the Man in the Iron Mask. All amazing books!
