Human Boundaries
Calm, primed and confident
I regard the empty lines.
The urge to fill them with eternal truths
Is overwhelming.
And, in this fleeting moment
The hidden becomes clear,
The impossible possible.
Logic and sense combine
And reduce the infinitely complex
To guileless clarity.
Order is established,
Emotion is neglected and
Existence explained.
But truth is ephemeral.
Against its own limited condition,
Lucidity is lost.
Doubt settles in,
Feelings cloud thoughts.
My real essence seeps through.
The lines remain unanswered
And reason forever flawed.
Thank you for the time you took to read this. I know i need to change somethings in the poem, probably everything, to make it better. But i'd like to hear your opinion about it? It would help :)
