This book was brilliant and i encourage everyone to read it. All right im not to old but the complexity of the book was intense. If you carefully read through the book you can often see apparent contradiction. Examples include 'loving Big Brother' which in a sense just means after all hes been through they can't change his mind. he is still rebellious against BB. <br><br>We might think were safe but to put it more frankly there are multiple secret orginizations where world leaders secretley discuss whats best for the whole world, or a certain country. So in other words we are in an authoritarian state.<br>Yes AUTHORITARIAN. No offense but the back of the book says its authoritarian. A type of goverment where the people do whatever you say whithout questions. Those with 'questions' are 'delt with accordingly'. This might not make the top of the comments list but should be read.
