I think essentially it is a terrifying book. I'm not a person who is scared easily but i went to sleep shaking. <br><br> I know it doesn't seem to be the point of this board but i think the world Orwell is writing about is a nightmare and what Winston experiences and gives in to is my personal room 101. I think the fact Big Brother was watching him all along, even when he felt he had escaped it is the most terrifying thing i have ever read. <br><br> What does anyone else think?
