This was the first time I have read Animal Farm. If satire is to be one day called something else then I'm sure Animal Farm will be the best substitute. This I suppose is the thinnest & best treatise on Communism. Orwell's choice of incidents,timings, even names(Boxer) at times shows how much care he has taken to pen this masterpiece. <br>Communism is nothing but socialism went wrong & however fascinating the idea of socialism may be, the fact is that it's not practical 'coz very nature of human beings violates the tenets of socialism. <br>
