I had to read this book for my grade 10 English class. Personally, i have never read a more boring book. I love reading, and usually the when I have to do a novel study for school, I can stay awake when im reading the book. When reading the book in class, my teacher asked if anyone wanted to volunteer to read the book, which in my opinion, was a smart idea on hi behalf. I never did volunteer to read aloud, because I could barley stay awake when other people were reading it. I even tried reading it at home where it was quiet compared to my class, no such luck there. I recently wrote a quiz on Animal Farm in class, and the first 63 questions were multiple chioce vocab from the book. The last part was a written question. It was basically just asking for my opinion on the book. My answer was pretty much the same as what I said at the top. I thought the whole idea of talking animals was coryn, however I can see why the animals started a rebellion. If I was in their shoes, i probably would have done the same. I do, however, think that it was unfair of the animals to kill their own kind even after they said that no animal would be killed. I would have made the animals that were helping Snowball (who was helping Mr. Jones) do more work then what they were initially doing until they had worked off their damages. All in all the book was very boring.
