With unseasonably early snowy weather and a dismayingly dull foliage season, the calendar persists in stating that it's Autumn. Hence Autumnal fests are still on, yes? Over here in what assumedly is still The United States of America, the annual Thanksgiving Day celebration is scheduled for Thursday. The malaise of this year has the effect of a restraining order upon my muse, so maybe you'll indulge me by reading three ghosts of Thanksgivings Past.

Oh, and Happy Thanksgiving and best wishes for the holiday of your choice.
