Hello :willy_nilly:,
I am new here and I'm not sure if this is the correct or even permitted use of this exact forum board, but here goes.
This website https://community.endnote.com/t5/EndNote-Styles-Filters-and/Numbered-APA-style-using-square-bracket-in-text-citation/td-p/56804 discusses how to use the bracket-style reference within APA, but I'm not sure if it's correct within the APA 6th guidelines. Personally, I enjoy bracket references as do not interrupt the Bruce Lee-esque flow of well-written literature. Essentially, I'm just trying to figure out if I should check with my professor first or if it's acceptable to use [1],[2]... style in-text references in APA 6th.
Thank you,
Apollo
