so hopefully you guys are also Orwell geeks...
there is this passage he writes in one of his novels/essays about the contemporary family with the dad in his armchair reading the weekly news and the mother knitting and the child on the carpet playing with toys whilst the fireplace is crackling- this is non-fiction in praise of the contemporary family also mentions how future generations may not have this
im slightly waffling but if anyone where i can find this it would greatly help
