This is Mr. Jones posting about how George Orwell made me look like a shmuck in his book Animal Farm. Almost everything said about me is a lie; those animals don't know the half of it. I wasn't out drinking and neglecting the animals as Orwell suggests in the beginning of the book, I was at a farming convention introducing new ideas about farm management. I will admit I tend to drink more than others, but it’s all in good fun. If Orwell is such a talented writer, why couldn't he write me an apology? Or at least let me know I'm going to be portrayed so negatively in a book that tons of people have/will read. At no point was I ever scared of the animals, I just simply didn't want to put up with them so I started a new farm, which became a huge success. I just wanted to set the record straight for all you readers; I’m not a forgetful drunk that’s scared of animals nibbling my ears off.
