What is Yoga? "Greater than the doers of askesis (tapasya) greater even than the men of knowledge and greater than the men of works is the Yogi.
Therefore, O Arjuna, become a Yogi," ( The Gita 6,46)
This book has taught me among other thing that the word Yoga actually means union, oneness, wholeness, union with the Self, which is then actually union
with the Absolute, which we call God.

I can wholly recommend this book for any body looking or searching for inner wholeness and union with Self.
