I'm turning 15 this year and at the moment I am preparing for an 'analytical expositary essay' on it. Having to write essays on books takes all the interest out of reading but Orwell was a very talented writer.

I've gotta say, I also had to read this book in class, and I think you are a complete idiot. The allegory was weak, and you are super dumb. You should not have access to be able to talk to anyone else, ever again. EVER!

Hello, for my eighth grade literature class we had read this book. It was quite amazing how the novel used allegory. Not only was it interestig, but it also allowed readers all over the world to see the early soviet union for what it really was. Many believe that as young people, we are unable to see through the true meaning of Animal Farm. Not ever have I read such an enticing book about politics. A year before, I had 1984 by George Orwel, it was quite interesting, yet was not as amusing as Animal Farm. I sincerely recommend this book to readers of all ages, especially those who my age, which is thirteen.
