"Do-it-yourself"-book

Hello!

Im looking for the perfect "Do-it-yourself"-book in which one person writes answer to questions, comments etc. Like a "my friends"-book but just for 1 person to fill out. Found "The book of me" by Nannette Stone, but it seems a bit thin/short.

Any suggestions?

Welcome! I don't know of anything. What you could do is write flash fiction with each event being a chapter in a future book that is somewhat autobiographical. There are many places where you can practice flash fiction and get a start on your book.
