As a snake
An old woman
She breathes
Extending its tapering tongue
Goes in and out as a whip
Of that insulting man
It swallowed all my small birds
When creeps in at a midday
Hardly has slept
Many and many like,
these snakes among our society
To kill human
To beat human
In different ways
And steal as a snake
At a midday
No law has been
No freedom has been
But to those who are a snakelike
Jealously moving
Heinously eating
Cunningly sleeping
In one eye would look out
And the other is blind
Too see as they want
That their world is one
That their destiny would be marvelous

Powerful poem, M.A.

A lot of thought behind it, well done.
