I am not completely sure what kind of novels you are in search of.
Medical studies, authored by doctors, and personal experiences, authored by patients are not really something you would find here.
Now, if you were looking to read Cancer Ward by author Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn, for example, you may find other people here who would discuss this book with you.
But nonetheless, you are welcome here to discuss what you wish. :)
