Hello fellow literature readings,
My name is Ashley. I am currently attending English 281: Women Writers. Our current reading includes Frankstein by Shelley. I am in just in the first chapters in reading. The letters from Walton at the beginning was at first a bit confusing for me. I now see how it relates to the tale. For the intriguing individual that Walton meets, he learn his tale. His interest in science later develops and he appears to become madly absorbed in his work and what he can do. I see other post related to a "monster" in the literature. So far my prediction is that the narrator himself is the creates the monster if not the monster himself with his absorption in his work. Whom else had read Frankstein?
