I am looking for a short story which is about the United States and Russia after World War 3 they agree not to go to war anymore but decide to hold war inside of a dome and the last man standing so to speak wins immunity from everything and whatever he desires are wishes can somebody please help me I'm desperate I read this short story about 25 years ago and I loved it I think would make a good movie thank you much appreciated

Oh and it's sort of played out like the Olympics every 4 years and the way that men are chosen is by Lottery 100 from Russia and 100 from the United States thank you
