I guess I am more in tune with the disgraceful than with the gracefull part of ageing, but its nice to see you posting again.

Grace is ageless and grows with age.
Grace is elegance, lissome, smooth.
Smooth like a pebble in a fast stream.
Efficient like the moves of a dancer
A well-trained, well-muscled dancer.
Grace is gained with experience,
The maturing gained over time.
