It is impossible not to love Emily(Cathy), for Emily is Cathy. Read the Dark Quartet to reveal they are one and the same. If anyone has in their life a Cathy they are truly fortunate. I do and have also loved the story forever. Love can of course be as destructive as it is wonderful. Should you follow your mind or your heart? Who knows. But, when you read Wuthering Heights, don't read the words, feel the passion. If you are a man be Heathcliff, if you are a woman be Cathy. It is inevitable that you would in this case weep buckets, however, life is to be lived.<br>ted
