The following excerpt from within this book:

"Oh , If I had a friend at this moment, a friend in an attic room, dreaming by candle light, with a violin ready in his hand...and then with talk
and music we should have held heavenly festival throughout the night!... Once, in years gone by, I had often known such happiness, but
this, too, time had taken away"

Is this in any way to be interpreted as a homosexual orgy between two people? Or is it merely my dirty anachronic perverted mind in the 21st century?

I don't know about women, but sometimes men enjoy talking to each other and listening to music without having sex. I admit, I'd lose the violin.

Exactly! The violin.....why would you hold it with one (1) hand? It is played with 2 hands. Unlike a penis when masturbating.

Very smart YesNo.

I think the exact quote was "with a violin ready in his hand". He hasn't started playing it yet. But sometimes I haven't a clue what I'm reading.
