I'm new here and thought I'd stop in and meet some people. My name is Will, I'm 23 and have a beautiful wife named Myra and a gorgeous newborn daughter named Lela. I used to be an avid reader but school and later work has not offered me much of an opportunity to read anymore. Generally I keep a daily journal to improve my handwriting and lately I've been reading a lot of short stories by HP Lovecraft and I adore his work. I'm a huge fan of fine writing instruments and have a humble collection of fountain pens I use for my writing. Much of the stories I write about have heavy military influence because I currently am an infantryman in the Army. I look forward to sharing stories and improving my writing style as well as getting to know this community. Thank you for having me.

Hello I'm pretty new myself but this site has much interest. I'm 75 and remember the old school desks with inkwells and dip in nibs , ballpoints were considered sloppy and checks had to be signed in pen and ink.
