Injuring and no car waiting
My sons handling me on their backs
The war installed making everything zero
My hand grasps my hitting bowel
Pain, my intestines has been shaking
I waved by my hands
No response and no ambulance
But the small hand-wagon continue
Shaking up to my bones
Finding the way is endless
Everything came up down
But a bough of tree safely touched me
And I woke up to find myself at hospital
Thank to the American doctor
Whom I met and to him welcome
He did the operation and I am recovered
At Erbil – the emergency hospital
The American doctor who I forget his name
But I don't forget his face
Welcome to the humanity
Welcome to the chivalry

Best wishes. I am glad you are well. I'm also glad you are able to write your experiences down as you are doing.
In this poem, you might describe more how your sons carried you on their backs to add more detail.

Although there is hope to release Mosul out of the fist of ISIS gangs as we closely hear and see that our military ( the Iraqi Forces) and especially the Terrorism Combating Division spare no effort unless they do the well they could but to combat terrorists inside cities is very difficult because of the civilians who ISIS made them as shelter and as I am a citizen who still live with a family there perhaps he describes the issue better than those Media Commentators or other TV and radio sources. I don't leave the city ( Mosul) in any time ago and yet but since ISIS forcedly enters the city when Four Iraqi Divisions freely departed the city thus ISIS easily entered the city at 10 June, 2014 the date which can't be forgotten. It is as if they sold Mosul city to those in a very cheap price.
Now the time is different and the time comes to return Mosul from those and the battles continue now from street to another and from residential place to another and our military spare no efforts so that to release the city in a short period meanwhile all Mosul citizens who find the opportunity is available to be released also cooperating with the forces to help them at least to guide the Forces for the places of those and their names. It is indeed heroic episode to find all cooperating hand by hand.
Thus the matter deserve the respect on which we do not forget the US supporting aids and the American forces on which all the world being too much hurry to help us and under the US cooperating.
2- the second matter which I want to shed light upon it is that our government did not prepare or didn't seriously think about the civilian injuries of war and those might their houses will be shattered or burn because of the military operations and the blasts indeed the Government is neglectful in this issue for example it can build many medical centers not too much far away from the war zone.
Furthermore it depends on Erbil to evacuate the wounded persons of both civilians and armies for the same hospitals into the same time and this of course will make more disadvantages and troubles especially to the civilian wounded people. Thus I did not find nor gain any help to push myself out of the dangerous area of the battle the day on while I was injured and indeed it is dangerous casualty event such like mine. The number of worked ambulances is less to speak about or rarely has been found so the man surely will die through this process of chaos. I might thank God and surely I thank God to be yet survived.
